Remembrance Sunday is a time for everyone in our country to come together and pay tribute to those who serve and have served in our nation’s armed forces.

It’s important to remember the sacrifice not only made by our service men and women, but also by their families.

It was a privilege to lay a wreath at the service in Houghton and to see so many local people, young and old alike, paying their respects.
