I was delighted to have the opportunity to pull a pint of Samson in the Strangers’ Bar in Parliament. Samson is produced locally at Maxim Brewery in Houghton le Spring, and it’s currently down in Westminster being showcased as a guest beer.

Thanks to Mark Anderson and Glen Whale, of Maxim Brewery, for coming down for the occasion, and for giving MPs and staff in Parliament a chance to taste a classic beer of the North.
