During my visit, I spoke to Ian Bradgate, the Area Manager for Everyone Active. He showed me the newly re-opened gym – fitted with socially distanced equipment, safety signs and hand sanitiser stations – and discussed plans to re-open the swimming pool in the near future.

Our clubs, gyms and leisure centres are an important part of our community, not only helping to improve our physical and mental health, but also providing a hub for social interaction.
