It was great to catch up with the team at ELCAP, and thank them for all their work throughout a very testing period. I was also delighted to be able to congratulate Shaun Newton on his award of a BEM in the New Years Honours list.

ELCAP have been on hand to assist residents in troubling circumstances, whether facing the elements of Storm Arwen or the isolation of spending Christmas alone.Staff are clear that the coming months pose a particular challenge as the ongoing cost of living crisis continues to bite, but ELCAP are here to help local people in need.
