Bridget Phillipson MP holds crime and anti-social behaviour meeting in Fencehouses

Thank you to everyone who came to my crime and anti-social behaviour meeting this morning in Fencehouses. Events like this are an important opportunity for me to hear about the issues affecting people across our community.

Despite the Conservatives’ promises, there are over 6,000 fewer neighbourhood officers than in 2015, and 8,000 fewer PCSOs than in 2010. The percentage of people saying they never see the police has doubled. You can read more about Labour’s plan to rebuild neighbourhood policing here: https://labour.org.uk/issue/safer-streets/

I’ll be in touch with those who had cases for me to take up. If you’d like to come along to my next meeting, sign up here: https://www.bridgetphillipson.com/sign-up-for-updates/
