I was delighted to attend the launch of Hilltop Park in Pennywell – a landmark investment in affordable housing for our region.

Made possible by Labour’s investment in social and affordable homes announced by the Chancellor in the Spring Statement, this £40 million scheme is backed by Homes England and delivered in partnership with Gentoo Group and RE:GEN Group. It will provide 294 energy-efficient homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.

Building new, affordable houses in our area means good jobs, strong growth and delivering the homes people need.
