Today we mourned the passing of Vera Brydon at a beautiful service in Silksworth.
A legend of our local Labour Party, she was a true credit to our movement. I will miss her deeply, as will every member who had the pleasure of campaigning alongside her.
We’ll always remember Vera’s kindness, her care, her altruism and her determination to build a better future for us all.
