I recently asked constituents to take part in a short survey about their priorities ahead of the Budget on 29 October.

The responses I’ve received so far make clear that most people want an end to austerity, and an urgent plan to invest in our public services.

I’ve written to the Chancellor so he knows what people in our community expect from his Budget.
