IMG_3007.JPGOn Friday 18 March I held the my ninth coffee morning on anti-social behaviour and policing at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. It was the best attended event since I started the series back in 2011. Inspector Steve Pescod and Northumbria Police & Crime Commissioner Vera Baird also attended the event and spoke about policing activity and the response to anti-social behaviour in the area.

It was great to see so many people there to discuss issues that are important for our local area. Everyone was eager to play their part in tackling anti-social behaviour. It was also clear what strong community spirit we have locally and the efforts residents are already making to improve life for everyone.

If you would like to read more on the points we discussed during this coffee morning event, please email me at bridget.phillipson.mp@parliament.uk with your contact details.

Inspector Pescod, Vera Baird and I stuck around after the event and chatted with residents about their individual concerns. I will get in touch shortly with those whose cases I have taken up after the event.

If you have any specific comments or concerns that you would like to raise with me, please get in touch. I am here to help regardless of your politics.
