It’s finally here – the polls open this morning for voting in the UK General Election.

Whatever you are up today don’t forget to vote and ensure that your voice is heard in this hugely important election.

Before you go to the polling station, there are a few important things to bear in mind:

You don’t need your polling card to vote.

Polls are open 7am – 10pm.

If you’ve got a postal vote but haven’t sent it back yet, you can take it to any polling station before 10pm.
